This is a minimally invasive procedure that has no downtime and does not require anesthesia, although some prefer to numb the area beforehand.
BOTOX® is an office-based procedure that takes very little time to perform and very little time for the patient to recover. The actual treatment takes about 10-15 minutes and is shown to last up to 4 months. You can expect to see the results within a few days and may continue to notice improvement for up to two weeks.
