Right Here Is Where I Want To Be!

I’m excited to finally have the opportunity to introduce myself, as I am a nurse specializing in injections and laser treatments and new to Dr. Broadway’s office. In fact, I have spent more time working from home than I have in the actual office, since I started just before the COVID-19 pandemic. My name is Hailee Erickson, I am an RN with a BSN degree. I have been in the aesthetic industry for 3 years; however, I have extensive experience that extends beyond those 3 years, both personal and professional, with the products and services we offer. In addition to providing aesthetic services as an RN, I have 15 years of nursing experience caring for patients in a variety of settings, clinical management and development, EMR development and implementation and compliance.

I will be in a dual nursing role, working for Broadway Plastic Surgery, as well as Broadway Skin Essentials. What does this mean to you as a patient? Not only will I be working with Dr. Broadway learning his specialized, patient specific care and surgical techniques, so I can effectively provide pre-operative and post-operative care for his surgical patient’s, but I will also provide skin treatment services for patients at Broadway Skin Essentials. This new role will allow me to provide a seamless continuum of care for our patients; however, I would like to point out that this role is not new to me. Most recently I worked with another reputable plastic surgeon in our community, in a similar capacity and I am delighted with my decision to join Dr. Broadway so I can expand those services to our patients even further. I already feel extremely valued for the expertise I bring to the practice and supported as a clinician like never before.

My role on the Broadway Skin Essentials side will include comprehensive skin assessments to determine the best treatments and products to help you achieve your aesthetic goals. I have years of experience providing injection treatments, using products from our favorite manufacturers, to include the following: Allergan  – Botox®, Juvederm®, Voluma®, Vobella®, and Vollure®, Galderma – Restylane®, Dysport®, Refyne® , Defyne® , Lyft®, Silk®, and Sculptra®, and Merz – Radiesse®, Belotero®. In addition to injectables, I also provide skin treatment services to include: microneedling, PRP injection and topical treatments, chemical peel treatments, laser treatments, Viveve vaginal rejuvenation treatments, and paired treatments such as PRP with microneedling, chemical peels with Dermaplaning, PRP injections following a NeoGRaft treatment and more.

My vision for patients, in alignment with the philosophy of our practice, is to help them achieve their aesthetic goals, while also maintaining a natural look. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the confidence my patients gain from the treatments they receive. While I have been “sheltering in” I have focused on continuing my education, so that I am able to provide our patients with an informed expertise when developing an individualized treatment plan. I’ve even attended an educational seminar hosted by our very own Dr. Broadway! I long for the day that we can return to our office, but in the meantime, I hope you are all staying safe and healthy. I look forward to the day I get to meet each of you in person! Please feel free to reach out to me at info@broadwaymd.com and let me know if there’s anything I can do for you.
